Jakarta, 30 Agustus 2023 - Upaya PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) ke dalam proses bisnis berhasil menghantarkan Garudafood meraih penghargaan ESG pertamanya di ajang TrenAsia ESG Award 2023 kategori The Consumer Cyclical for Sustainability. 

Penilaian dilakukan secara komprehensif mengacu pada berbagai variabel ESG yang ada di Global Reporting Initiatives (kerangka kerja internasional Sustainability Report) dan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Dari penilaian ketiga aspek yaitu Environmental, Social, dan Governance--Garudafood unggul di aspek Social dengan skor 87, skor 83 untuk aspek Environmental, dan Governance memperoleh skor 80. Rerata skor keseluruhan berada di angka 83,33.

Yogyakarta, 22 Agustus 2023 – PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk - Business Unit (BU) Pati berhasil meraih penghargaan “Anugerah Badan Pengawas Tenaga Nuklir (BAPETEN) 2023” untuk kategori Keselamatan dan Keamanan Nuklir Kegiatan Uji Tak Rusak Terpasang Tetap (Fotofluorografi). Acara Anugerah BAPETEN 2023 diselenggarakan secara hybrid pada Selasa, 22 Agustus 2023 di Hotel Royal Ambarrukmo, Yogyakarta.

Hal ini membuktikan Garudafood senantiasa menjunjung tinggi pentingnya aspek keselamatan dan keamanan dalam pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir di Indonesia. Anugerah BAPETEN ke-9 tahun 2023 ini mengambil tema “Pengawasan Tenaga Nuklir Menyongsong PLTN sebagai Pilihan Transisi Energi Menuju Net Zero Emission”. Penilaian anugerah ini didasari oleh suatu sistem penilaian risiko berupa Indeks Keselamatan Keamanan (IKK). Penerima penghargaan tahun ini adalah mereka yang meperoleh nilai IKK di atas 95.5.

Creating Excellent Human Resources, Garudafood Wins the 2023 HR Excellence Award

20 July 2023 - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (Garudafood) successfully obtained an award at The 14th Indonesia HR Excellence Conference & Awarding 2023 organized by SWA Media Group in collaboration with Lembaga Manajemen, Faculty of Economics & Business (LMFEB), Universitas Indonesia at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta (20/07/2023). For the third time, Garudafood won the 2023 HR Excellence Award for the Learning & Development and Knowledge Management category with the title "Very Good". This award is given to companies that are considered to have successfully developed their employees, increasing their abilities and knowledge, to ultimately encourage the success of individuals and companies. The award was received by Andika Rajasa as Head of Human Capital and General Services at Garudafood and Wara Sri Handayani as Head of Organizational and People Development at Garudafood on behalf of the Garudafood management.

Alongside 61 private corporations, state-owned enterprises, and start-ups, Garudafood had previously participated in several rounds of assessment through presentations and question-and-answer sessions with a panel of judges who were professionals, business practitioners, and academicians in the field of HR Management. The discussion covered the strategies, breakthroughs, and program implementation to support the continuity and sustainable growth of the company. The theme of Indonesia HR Excellence 2023 is Humanizing the Work Experience: The Success Formula in Developing New HR Capabilities and Employee Well-Being. Similar to Garudafood, which views employees as crucial human resources, this year Garudafood upheld the theme "Building Employee Experience through Coaching Culture" in this event. This is in line with the company's commitment to continuously improve the quality and development of employees.
