Garut, 29 August 2024 – PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (Garudafood) and Prochiz hosted a second cooking demons in 2024, bringing together over 200 women ultra-micro entrepreneurs from the Garudafood Entrepreneurial Village program, PKK Cipareuan Village, and PKK Cibiuk Kidul, Cibiuk Sub-District. The event took place on 29 August 2024 at Villa Bagendit, Banyuresmi, Garut, West Java.
The cooking demo was organized in collaboration with Daarut Tauhiid (DT) Peduli and Koperasi Pemberdayaan Umat Daarut Tauhiid (KOPMU DT); the West Java Regional Prochiz Team also attended it. The Cooking Demo has been conducted four times since 2023, namely at the Garudafood Head Office in Jakarta and other locations in West Java, such as Bandung, Bogor, and Garut. The initiative aims to enhance participants' business capacity through culinary ideas involving processed cheese, while also nurturing their entrepreneurial instincts.
Hosted by Pradana Wahyu Ilahi from Prochiz Customer Marketing and Chef Dafi, the event showcased various innovative dishes made with Prochiz cheese, such as Coffchiz, Garlic Cheese Cookies, and Melting Cheese Chicken Nuggets. Coffchiz is a unique coffee-based drink blended with the delightful flavor of Prochiz Spready cheese. Garlic Cheese Cookies are a creative snack made with Prochiz Gold grated cheese and flavored with garlic. The final dish featured nuggets filled with Prochiz Spready cheese, offering a delightful melt-in-your-mouth experience. During the presentation of the dishes, participants enjoyed a break where they could shop for Prochiz products at the bazaar stands.
"Praise God, I gained a lot of knowledge and learned about innovations; I can add more product variants to my stall. I also had the chance to meet and socialize with friends from the Garudafood Entrepreneurial Village program," said Ai Saniah, a participant in the cooking demo.

The cooking demo with the Garudafood Entrepreneurial Village community will continue and be held in other areas of West Java, specifically in Tasikmalaya in October 2024.
