Jakarta, 28 September 2024 - PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (MBR), under the Prochiz brand, hosted the ‘Prochiz Grand Cooking Demo’. This event is extraordinary as it features Chef Renatta Moeloek, Prochiz's Brand Ambassador, who shared inspiring delicious recipes and conducted a live cooking demo in front of 350 participants at the Grand Mercure Hotel in Jakarta.

With the theme "Making a Simple but Special Dish," this event aims to raise awareness and foster closer relations between Prochiz and consumers by promoting cheese consumption. All of these dishes are not only simple and special, as they use Prochiz cheese, but they also offer valuable insights for mompreneurs looking to start a business.
Dede Patmawidjaja, President Director of MBR, stated that Prochiz's key mission is to "surprise" the community through various initiatives. He expressed hope that the Prochiz Grand Cooking Demo would provide culinary enthusiasts an opportunity to explore the art of cooking and gain new inspiration.
"Through the Prochiz Grand Cooking Demo, we aim to encourage Indonesians to be more adventurous in experimenting with cheese. Moreover, we want to educate the public that cheese can be an integral part of unique and innovative culinary creations," said Dede.

The Prochiz Grand Cooking Demo was designed to be interactive, allowing participants to ask Chef Renatta questions about the culinary world. During the demo, Chef Renatta showcased a variety of simple yet special recipes, such as Mac and Chiz Kimchi, Bolu Keju Toasted Milk, Gold Chiz Puff, Chiz Risol Terong Balado, as well as Cookies and Chiz Bar. These dishes feature Prochiz Gold, Cheddar Royale, Spready, Mozzarella, and Quick Melt.
The Prochiz Grand Cooking Demo is part of MBR's strategy to increase cheese consumption in everyday meals, considering that the cheese penetration rate in Indonesia remains relatively low. Prochiz, an original product of Indonesia, continues to innovate and is committed to delivering high-quality processed cheese that features a distinctive taste and can easily be used in various recipes.
